The coating thickness of one layer is about 18μm, and 25μm for two-layer coating. The PE coating lasts 5 to 10 years, HDPE 8 to 15 years, PVDF 15 to 20 years, and PEVE more than 20 years. The color standard is very high, with E smaller than 2. The coating layer does not crack under 1T bending test. Its pencil hardness reaches 2 HB and above. It does not change color or show any change in appearance in boiling water, neither does any change happens after the boiled coated aluminum strip roll sample is left in cooling for 2 hours. The coating adhesiveness of the layer is higher than the first grade, and the layer does not crack under pressure of 50kg/cm.
